Where It All Began
Where It All Began
My story in design started long before UX became a buzzword.
Back at The Weather Network, I helped design and build the first-ever iPhone and BlackBerry weather apps. It was a wild time — designing for screens smaller than a credit card, pushing pixels late into the night, and realizing we were shaping how people would experience weather on their phones for the very first time.

That project didn’t just launch an app — it sparked my lifelong fascination with how design can simplify complexity and connect people to what matters most.
The Journey Since
The Journey Since
Since those early days, I’ve led design teams through every kind of transformation you can imagine — from evolving digital products to embedding design into agile frameworks, from building scalable design systems to fostering cultures that put people at the centre.
I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible teams at Sun Life, Bell Canada, and The Weather Network, helping organizations scale design in ways that drive growth and make life better for their users.
Along the way, I’ve learned that metrics matter — but people matter more. Invest in people, and great outcomes follow.

When I hire, I hire for personality first and skill a close second. You can teach a tool, a method, or a workflow — but you can’t teach curiosity, kindness, or the courage to think differently.
The teams I’ve built are diverse, collaborative, and energized by a shared belief that design can make a real impact. That’s the work I’m most proud of.
